“We dealt with MW on both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home. Our matter was dealt with by Christine Michael throughout. I can do no more than express how grateful we are to Christine for her tireless work in what turned out to be an extremely complicated chain. Christine was available at all hours 7 days a week and just when things looked like they were going to fall apart she held it all together. I have seen a review below where 1 star has been given. Whilst everyone is entitled to their opinion - mine is the polar opposite. Christine is direct, honest and will always give 110% to get the job done. If you are after airy fairy valuations and promises of quick sales at high prices and extortionate commission rates I suggest you try Foxtons. If you want honest, professional opinion and someone that gets the job done without charging the earth I strongly suggest you try MW. We instructed several agents to list our flat and had nothing but no-show viewers for 9 months. Christine found us a buyer (person who eventually bought) within 5 days and at asking. She also helped us to find our fab new home which was exactly what we had asked her to look out for and within budget - not something completely different at a higher price as most agents tend to do with commission only on their minds!
