I used this estate agent because they have a very good reputation and are known to really work hard for the seller. I made the right decision too: they exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased indeed. In fact the buyers, their solicitors and even my solicitor were most impressed too!. I am abroad and needed to sell my flat in the UK. This was not a problem for Christine Michael who kept me well informed as she coordinated everything from start to finish: getting the keys, photographing the flat, clearing it, and then being a liaison between the buyers and sellers solicitors. Every query was dealt with quickly and methodically - you are paying for someone whose experience shows. Only when there are problems (and every property sale has unique hiccups) do you appreciate why you need established determined and experienced estate agents. The valuation of the flat was good and considered: Christine knows the market and it shows.
